Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Canada Shipping:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Damages

Maison Oud & Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
