RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@maisonoudco.ca with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
